Nemo Showroom Opening. A Ron Gilad project

On the occasion of Milano Design Week 2026, NEMO Lighting unveiled its new showroom, designed by Ron Gilad, who transformed the space into an environment where light became a living material, something to inhabit rather than a technical feature to display. Nemo Lighting renewed its long-standing dialogue with artist and designer Ron Gilad through a new layout conceived by the Milan–Tel Aviv–based creative mind. The showroom was revealed during Milano Art Week and Milano Design Week in the brand’s new exhibition space at Via Santa Cecilia 4a, just a few steps from the former showroom in the heart of the city. Conceived as a “field of light”, the showroom repositioned lamps as true architectural subjects: they shaped space, revealed movement, and accompanied visitors beyond the strict boundaries of opening hours.
